Hey everybody! My name is Danielle and my top priority is to get you on the road to loving exercise. I want to motivate you to reach your personal goals and create a healthy lifestyle that includes moving daily! I have been personal training in a health club setting for a couple of years and have recently started working with people in their homes. I love the individual attention I can devote to you in an intimate home setting. I believe having fun while getting in shape is essential to attain your goals and teach you what fitness is really about!

My husband Brett and I love to find things that keep us energized and feeling young; like hiking, cycling, and skiing. (And someday I’ll get him to try a marathon with me!) This has really made my specialty working with runners and sport-oriented clients. But more areas of growing need are the cardiac rehab and arthritis populations. Focusing on these areas has helped develop my interest and knowledge as well.

Aside from personal training, I also teach Spin, Body Pump, and bootcamp group exercise classes. My real passion is yoga and incorporating it into individual training sessions has been very helpful to many people experiencing tightness and muscle pain. I think a variety of tools and exercises can build the strong, lean, flexible body you desire (and need!). It would be my pleasure to help you do this in the best environment possible- your own home!
