Hello! Okay, a little about me; I am the wife to a wonderfully supportive man, the love of my life, Kevin. I am a mommy to an absolute joy of a little girl named Stella. I am a practicing Christian, a working professional and busy lady with lots on her plate every morning that she wakes up (many times struggling to get it all done). I also possess a personal dedication to wellness and fitness for myself, my family, and as many others that I can inspire towards living well.

Not only do I truly enjoy an active lifestyle as an example of this dedication, I also believe that health and fitness begin with what’s in your head and in your heart. I always tell people that my education, including graduate degrees in Health Psychology and Exercise Physiology, provides me with tangible knowledge and skills to teach them how to eat, exercise and behave appropriately to reach their goals. But real change, I mean real ‘well living’ at a healthy weight with positive energy and the quality of life that you can experience so much more with a healthy mind and body comes from somewhere within your head and your heart.

In the midst of my career as the Wellness and Fitness Program Coordinator at a medically based facility near Milwaukee, I realized that I wanted to help busy women like myself learn to enjoy their lives more, be inspired through fitness, and truly experience the life changing results that living well brings. And, I could not accomplish that within the walls of a facility. So, I left.

My husband and I decided to take the risk of starting a business where I could create programs that can be customized to the needs of each individual woman and be delivered to her in her real life—where the real change has to occur.

Since then I have had the opportunity not only to personally work with women through personal training, Wellness Coaching, and providing wellness workshops but I have been blessed with the opportunity to add several fabulous, extremely knowledgeable Personal Trainers to the MissFIT Team. This has allowed me to turn my attention in greater degree to my passion; educating, inspiring, and coaching both individuals and groups towards real, lifelong personal wellness.
