Helping women feel fit, lead and active lifestyle and feel good about themselves is what I enjoy most about working on the MissFIT Team. Finding what works for each individual client and seeing them reach their goals, makes my job so enjoyable. Working with women in their homes lets women take ownership of the lifestyle changes and choices they are making. I enjoy working with women of all fitness levels and all ages. I find my new passion is helping women recover from an injury, surgery, cancer treatment, rehab, or just wanting to start moving to feel better about life.
I live in the north suburbs with my husband. We love when our 2 sons come home for a visit. I enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, water sports and being outdoors in the northwoods of Wisconsin.
Professionally, working with youth and adults has kept me very active in the fitness and educational fields. After 15 years of teaching physical education, I received my certification as a Personal Trainer. Since March of 2004 personal training has become a passion.
