Whether you are looking for weight loss, getting that toned and shapely look, gaining strength and function or simply to learn how to exercise in the best way for your body, working with one of our expert Trainers offers the motivation, accountability and results you are looking for!
Personal Training:
Enjoy the challenge and accountability of working one on one with a Personal Trainer for a truly customized, effective and unique fitness experience.
Work with your trainer 1, 2 or 3 times a week. Packages of 12, 18, 24 or 36 sessions are available.
Costs range from $75 to $100 per session depending on your program design.
Duet Fitness Training:
Your Personal Trainer guides two of you (a friend, neighbor, co-worker,or family member) through fun and challenging workouts customized for your shared goals and interests.
Sessions occur 1 or 2 times per week and are offered in packages of 12 or 16 sessions.
Costs range from $45 to $55 per session per person.
Small Group Fitness Classes:
Gather a group of friends, neighbors, family members or even co-workers to experience fun, fitness, motivation, and yes, even some socializing. This is an affordable way to work with a top-notch fitness expert in the convenience of your home or workplace. Classes include yoga, Pilates, ball classes, total body toning, core concepts, and strength circuit classes. Class formats can also be customized to the needs of your group.
Sessions occur 1 time per week and are offered in packages of 12 or 16 sessions.
Costs generally range from $10 to $20 per session per person depending on the number of participants
