I’ve been doing really well with my goals. Your presentation totally gave me the boost I needed to get motivated again. (Thank you, thank you, thank you!) We overhauled our food pantry & fridge and stocked up on veggies, fruits, and beans! (Although my husband will not give up his meat!) We have been adding variety to each meal and it was an adjustment (especially for my teenage daughter), I feel soooooo much better. Each day I get a little more excited about where I’m at with my eating & exercise. I’ve missed this feeling and am so grateful to you for helping me find it again.
My next goal is to add yoga to my workouts. I’m working on that!

I want to thank you for YOUR time on Monday! It was probably one of the best parties I have been to in a very long time and I came away with so much information. So thank you! I am striving to make my lifestyle, along with my family’s, a healthy lifestyle and this was just what I needed! I love your blogs and will read them daily. I have already started making healthy menus and we have “dance time” every day before we start homework. You are a true inspiration! “It’s hard to cover all I’d like to say about working with MissFit Complete. As I am over 50 and have arthritis, finding the right in home trainer was important to me. MissFit Complete truly has been the complete solution for me! My Personal Trainer has a friendly, no stress approach to my work out sessions. She is better than going to your favorite hairdresser when you need to chat. I feel like we have become friends. But she is so much more that that. She’s wealth of knowledge about exercise and the human anatomy have done wonders for me.
When we started my goals were to hopefully regain good balance and to build strength to support my joints. It can be difficult to see advancements in such areas, but recently on a vacations trip with friends and family I had the opportunity to see clearly just how far my Trainer had taken me. On a four hour hiking trip we were required to cover some rather rough terrain, steep inclines, rocky climbs, forging streams with smooth rock bottoms. I found that I not only had more endurance than I expected but surprisingly felt more agile and balanced than the last time I’d attempted such maneuvers. And to my great delight felt I performed in these adverse condition considerable better than my friends who are each 15 years my junior!

Just a note to tell you how happy I am with our instructors Lory and Maryanna.
I was searching for a healthy gift for my family for Christmas. With our busy schedules–I wanted to find a special gift– one that encouraged more time together as a family and encouraged healthy lifestyle.
Through MissFIT, I signed up for a personal trainer to come into weekly to teach our family Yoga and Pilates.
We are very satisfied with our program. Our instructors–Maryanna and Lory are very knowledge and professional. Both are So easy to work with.
An added benefit of in home training is that we get personalized attention to help us learn proper form. This is helping build confidence as well as prevents injury from doing exercises wrong.

Thank you so very much! I can’t believe that I am at my lowest weight in 10 years. Today, I am at least 3 full sizes smaller than I was 6 months ago. I feel in control of my eating at last and I feel less fearful about regaining the weight I lost with each passing day. I have changed my eating habits and feel much more energetic and younger today than I did 10 years ago. I definitely feel very differently about food. I still enjoy all the foods I used to eat but today I eat less of them and enjoy smaller portions. I don’t feel deprived at all but rather I feel powerful because I know how to make better food choices and am in more control of what and how much I eat everyday. I honestly think the coaching process is the best method I have ever used to lose weight and to get healthy. It is so positive. I never once felt ashamed or guilty throughout the process. It was such a different approach to weight loss. The focus was on healthy living, not self-reproach for being overweight or feeling out-of-control. It really made me want to learn more about healthy lifestyles and practice them. Everyday I feel that I am gaining more positive energy and a greater desire to eat better, exercise regularly and get healthy.
It isn’t just the coaching process, of course. I also owe my success to you and your wonderful ability to support and guide others with gentle but consistent and firm encouragement. I felt accountable to you throughout the process, of course, in our weekly meetings and or phone conversations but I never once felt any judgmental attitudes or negative vibes from you. I looked forward to talking with you on regular basis. You helped to understand myself better and you affirmed me as a valuable and competent person. I felt that I could talk to you honestly and openly about my eating, my weight, and my health habits.
